This policy explains what personal data Bai Dinh Private Tours, Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam collects on baidinhpagoda.com and how we use it.

1. What we collect

When you book or message us: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, travel date, pickup hotel, group size and anything you tell us about dietary or mobility needs. Card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

2. Why we use it

To confirm and run your tour, to contact you about it, to take payment and to meet our accounting obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email.

3. Who we share it with

Your guide, driver and licensed partner operator receive your name, group size, pickup hotel and any special needs, and only for your tour. Card is used for both full payments and deposits; if you settle the balance in cash, your guide is told the amount still due. Our hosting, email and payment providers process data on our behalf.

4. How long we keep it

Booking and payment records: 10 years, as required for accounting records in Vietnam. Support conversations by email: 24 months. WhatsApp messages stay in WhatsApp under its own terms.

5. Analytics and third parties

We do not run analytics or advertising pixels on this site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, subject to the records we must keep by law. Write to [email protected] and we reply within 30 days.
